How We Work

Recruitment / Selection Process :

1. Right physical and educational standards while
recruitment.
2. Special recruitment to suit clients requirements like
English speaking computer literate , experience in fire
fighting ect.
3. Medical check up.
4. Stringent verification of antecedent , education and
experience both by MFS & SM Investigating staff.
5. Pass criminal records.

Training:

A . 15 Days intensive basic/ induction training.
B. One week on the job training under instructor specially
positioned at clients permises for thr purpose.
C. Refresher training is conducted at regular intervals to
keep all personal abreast with the latest techniques.

Curriculum Includes:

i) Physical Training .
ii) Uniform , equipment & personal hygine .
iii) Fire fighting & first aid .
iv) Code of conduct , public relations & mannerism .
